Dear colleagues, I am a highly experienced CRA with over 12 years monitoring and trial management experience who for the past 15 years has been pursuing a career in healthcare law. I would like to return to clinical drug research and I am finding that although my experience is very relevant it is not recent enough to get me past the agency 'briefs'. I am confident that, given the opportunity to sit down and talk to the employer(s), I can convince them that I am a very good candidate. Any tips?
