The Brand Manager is an important member of the Danish marketing team and will closely team-up with our current Brand Manager. We spot opportunities and operationalize them together with the entire team and the sales force. You will have both strategic and tactical work tasks and deliverance within your assigned brand to ensure a patient-centric approach. You will develop, execute, and implement strategic plans.
Further, the Brand manager responsibilities include:
Adapt global assets and campaigns to localized campaigns and materials
Manage the local production, e.g., agencies and ensure local sign off of all materials
Work in close cooperation with the sales team to support critical metrics and objectives within the therapy area
Responsible for training sales team on marketing strategy and materials
Track and follow up on plan implementation
Develop ideas in cooperation with external and internal partners and implement projects that make valuable contributions to patient care and improve treatment pathways.
We are looking for a person with experience in marketing activities from a pharmaceutical company and required ethical rules.
Experience in developing and implementing solid strategic- and tactical plans
A strong patient-centric approach with a sense of commercial innovation
Proven experience with different marketing and digital channels (omnichannel)
Ability to identify and apply new ways of interacting, in line with our ambition to be a leading and innovative partner
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge of Danish and English
In order to succeed in this role, you have
It is desired that the role holder holds a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing and preferentially already has experience within the respiratory area.
