Job Description
  • To collaborate with the cross-functional team in designing the strategy and establishing prioritized activities required to deliver appropriate and timely solutions to patients
  • To provide accurate and timely medical information/technical knowledge services to internal and external customers and to establish a link for the company through the medical function with external customers in the health care area.
  • Responsible for provision of high quality medical & scientific expertise on emerging treatment trends via in-depth expert medical and scientific product/disease area discussions and presentations of detailed clinical data in a non-promotional scientific context.
  • Serves as a leader of the Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSL) and Clinical Scientific Liaisons (CSL) of the therapeutic area, providing training, implementing internal standards and processes, and being responsible for the development of required capabilities and skills as well as guiding their professional development

Desired Skills & Experience
  • University degree in medicine or pharmacy
  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in Central American and the Caribbean
  • Preferably with proven experience in Oncology in the areas of lung and hematology
  • 100% bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Availability to travel
