The purpose of the role is to support and lead selected elements of the overall Tralokinumab HCP marketing tactical plan in the US market. Collaborate with cross-functional US and Global Tralokinumab Teams and other key stakeholders to ensure that Tralokinumab marketing strategy is aligned to and supportive of the overall Tralokinumab commercial strategy. The role will = launch Tralokinumab HCP go-to-market tactics in the US, working with all functions, including Medical Affairs, Sales, Training, Operations and LMR to ensure a world-class launch. Initially, the role will also support execution and optimization of promotional medical education tactics in the field.
- Develop and execute innovative, impactful marketing strategies and tactics targeted toward healthcare professionals
- Participate in and actively provide input to the Global Tralokinumab operating plans and initiatives
- Assist with the development and optimization of omni-channel campaign and core advertising assets (CVA, IVA, websites, and print and digital advertising)
- Collaborate with Sales Management and Sales Training teams to optimize the development and delivery of field training, contribute to Sales Excellence initiatives as needed peri-launch.
- Coordinate field communication with Sales Excellence and communications to ensure awareness and direction in regard to messaging and resource utilization
- Help ensure brand promotional presence at key scientific conferences (e.g., booth and distribution of promotional materials, sales team coordination, etc.), meet with KOLs, and attend scientific sessions
- Assist with Promotional Medical Education initiatives, specifically peer-education program execution alongside field sales and Assoc. Director of Promo Med Ed.
- Participate in the generation of market insights and KPIs to measure success of the launch. Optimize initiatives based on these insights and KPIs
- Contribute to the US HCP brand planning / OPEX process, including budget management for tactics and agencies
- Work closely with production agencies to manage print quantities, inventories and optimize shipping of all HCP marketing resources.
- Complete all company-based and job-related training as assigned by LEO Pharma within the required timelines
