As senior project manager your overall responsibility is to lead strategic projects and activities. Your reporting and advisory to the Global Safety Leadership Team and/or Steering Committee will be a vital part of the foundation for decision-making and the direction for the projects going forward.

You have a strong and proven track record with project management and it’s deliverables. It is an advantage if you are experienced in using LEAN and project management tools e.g Value Stream Mapping, SAFe® or Scrum. You have a good understanding of IT in a GxP environment and your strong analytical mindset allows you to find opportunities and solve problems. Further we expect you to :  

• Hold a university degree within natural science or similar
• + 5 years’ experience from the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong command of English, written and spoken
• Preferably experience with IT projects
• Capable of presenting complex subjects shortly and clearly

Importantly, you are self-driven and ambitious, a great collaborator and you never lose focus despite changing demands or ambitious deadlines.
