The histotechnologist will be required to perform a range of complex and routine histotechnology and cytotechnology procedures, evaluate the efficacy of slides, troubleshoot equipment and/or testing problems, perform and review quality control and preventive maintenance, accurately order pathology testing and submit samples to the pathologist for reading and review.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent and documentation of training appropriate for the testing performed prior to analyzing specimens.
Experience: Two years of experience preferred
Licenses/Certificates: ASCP or equivalent certification preferred
